Biography

Jean-Remi was born in 1819. He is the son of Pierre Surette and Colombe Frontain. He married Anne Doucet, daughter of Paul Doucet and Veronique LeBlanc, on September 23, 1846, in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia.^[1]
