Norman Surtees was born in County Durham, England.
Norman Surtees was born in Sunderland in 1916 and was the youngest son of Thomas Surtees and Mary Emily Clark.[1]
On the 1921 census, Norman, aged 5 years, is living with his aunt and uncle at 56 Trevor Terrace, North Shields, Tynemouth.[2]
Norman Surtees died, aged 16 years, on 19 June 1932.[3]
