She had seven other siblings and appears to be the last born in the family. Her father's family moved to America and her family stayed behind since her father was in the military.
Eduardine Willemine Sutherland married Egbert Cruize on 22 Apr 1926 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Eduardine appears to be in her 40's when she married Jan. At this time there is no evidence of a previous marriage for Eduardine. His parents names were Jan Cruize and Sijbrigje Wagenaar. Egbert Cruiz was born January 8, 1878 in Groningen Netherlands. He passed on November 23, 1945 in Rotterdam Netherlands.
Eduarnine may also be spelled Eduardina as Willemine may also be spelled as Willemina.

And yes she is probably named after two relatives. But normally the feminized name of Willem is most of the time spelled as Wilhelmina or Willemina. The e at the end I never saw before in Dutch names but in Germans.
