Argus (Melbourne, Vic. : 1848 - 1957), Tuesday 21 February 1905, page 8 Alicia Hanlon, of Melbourne-road, Newport, domestic servant, petitioned for a dissolution or her marriage with James Anthony Hanlon, on the ground of desertion. The marriage was celebrated by the Rev. A. J. Abbott, at the Christian Free Church on July 22. 1898, and afterwards the parties lived at Picola. Desertion was alleged from December 26, 1895. A decree nisi was granted, petitioner to have the custody of the child. Mr. L. S. Woolf appeared for the petitioner.
