Biography
Christening: 25th December 1858
1871 census: living in Hemsby, Norfolk with parents and siblings.
1881 census: living in Escourt Road, Great Yarmouth. Her status is that of Patient and the wife of the head of household is a hospital nurse. There are a number of other patients in the same household. In 1881 her father died, her sister Niobe died and her brother Issac died. It was an understanding in my family that Issac the brother was drowned, but it maybe some sort of illness took the family (Issac does have a burial record, so illness is a possibility).
Illiterate - her mark is on her marriage register. Seems particularly close to sister Eunice as they are witness at each others marriages
1891 census: living in Camden Place, Great Yarmouth with her children. Husband not in the household - possibly away at sea if he is still a fisherman?
1901 census: living in Norman Square, Great Yarmouth with husband and children.
