Biography

Isaac was born 26 June 1831 in Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.^[1] He was the son of Harvey Sutton and Margaret Shoaf.

He married Harriet Whoolery circa 1852, probably in Fayette County.^[2]

Isaac died on 30 April 1911 in Sharon Township, Noble County, Ohio,^[3] and he is buried there in the Forest Grove Cemetery.^[4]

The date is consistent with his age in the 1850 census, when he lived in his father's household in Fayette County.
