Biography

Michio was born in 1928. He was the son of Kanichiro Suzuki and Haruko Shiozawa. He passed away about 1994.

Former chief of social services for the California Department of Social Welfare.

At the time of his death he was the director of the Office of Policy Coordination and Analysis of the Administration on Aging for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
