Frances was born in 1865. She was the daughter of Robert Swain and Annie Spicer. She passed away in 1957.
Her obituary:
- ”BRIDGEVILLE, Jan. 7 – (Special) – Mrs. Fannie Swain Noble, 91, widow of Warren Noble, died Saturday at the Laurel Rest Home.
- ”She was born near Bridgeville, but had lived in Philadelphia for a number of years.
- ”Mrs. Noble was a daughter of the late Robert P. Swain and Annie Spicer Swain.
- ”survivors include a brother, William J. Swain of Bridgeville; a sister Mrs. Hatie Jones of Dover, Del., several grandchildren and a great grandchild.
- ”…pastor of Union Methodist Church…officiating. Burial will be in Bridgeville Cemetery.”
