Biography

Chapman Swaine, the son of John "England" Swaine and his wife Patience Skiff, was born on 13 July 1708 at Nantucket, Nantucket, Massachusetts. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}

Chapman and Sarah Meader (Meder), the daughter of Joseph Meader and his wife Charity, were married on 19 July 1739 at Nantucket. ^{[5] [6] [7] [8]}
