Biography
Fred Swales was the son of William Swales and his wife Ann Griffiths. Fred attended Fenton School in Haverfordwest, situated on the Broad Haven Road at the top of Barn Street Haverfordwest. He lived a short distance away, in Milford Road, which is situated on the main road to Milford Haven from Haverfordwest.
