Biography

Lurana Fish(er) was born about June 1776, based on her age at death, in Edgartown, Dukes County, Massachusetts, the daughter of John and Sarah (Fish) Fish.^[1]

As Lorana Fish, she married first to Seth Swasey on 02 October 1796 at Edgartown.^[2]

She married secondly to her brother-in-law, Daniel Fish on 01 November 1801 in Edgartown.^[3] He was the widower of her sister Sally who died 01 April 1800.

Lurana, widow of Daniel Fisher, died in Edgartown on 25 February 1861, aged 84 years, 8 months, of old age. She was the daughter of John & Sarah Fisher, all 3 said to be born in Edgartown. ^[1]
