Thomas Mark Sweet was born circa 1847, the son of Eber Sweet and Jane Trefry of Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia[1]
On May 27, 1869, Thomas married Ellen Lawler, the daughter of John and Margaret Lawler of Newport, Hants County, Nova Scotia[1]. They lived in Digby[2], and moved to Halifax[3], and their children included:
John Lawlor Sweet, born circa 1871[3], who married Mary Martin[4]
Thomas Mark Sweet died July 10, 1893 in Halifax[7], and is buried in Camp Hill Cemetery[8]
