Biography

May was born in 1884 in Jackson, Michigan, to Andrew Swift and Catherine (Kate) Murphy, Irish immigrants.^[1][2]

First marriage:She first married Frederick Percy Flint on 2 Oct 1905 in Jackson, Michigan. They were divorced before 1917.

Second marriage: On 25 Jul 1917, May married Thomas F Fitzsimmons in Lucas, Ohio. This marriage ended in divorce before 1920.^[3]

Third marriage: In May 1925, May married Garford E Pinson, in Michigan, both stating falsely this was their first marriage.^[4] This marriage only lasted a few years, likely ending in divorce, based on his third marriage in June 1928. ^[5]

It is not known if May died before Garford's remarriage, or if they divorced.
