James Swift married Catharine Dakin June 11th 1805 at St Peter and St Paul Church, Ormskirk Parish, Lancashire. The marriage was conducted by Vicar James Stanley and witnessed by Thomas Georgeson and John Hankin. [2]
James Swift died while residing in Lathom at the age of 53. He was buried at St Peter and St Paul, Ormskirk Parish. Burial was by Curate George W Bower. [3]
