Banks Swinburn. He never married Maggie May Hutchinson who was single when she died and no evidence except Maggie's sayso that he was the father of her child. Easy to give a child a name to support the story that one has told. In the 1911 census he was living with siblings at the family home and was a Chemist in Penrith. He had also been living in Lancashire prior to this and married a Lancashire lass in 1915. The story appears to be all hearsay.
