Elizabeth Swynford was the daughter of Sir John Swynford and Jane Ardren, the daughter of Sir Thomas Ardren.[1][2][3]
Elizabeth was married three times. Elizabeth's guardian married her off at the age of 12 to her first husband.[3] Elizabeth had been given dower rights of Broughton and Newington, Oxfordshire, England from Sir Thomas Broughton, by Easter 1371.[4][5]
1st married to Sir Thomas Broughton, died about 1373/4, no children.[4][5][3]
2nd marriage to William de Addebury by 1376. Elizabeth and William's daughter Alice was married to Robert Chamber of Lillyngstone.[5][6][1][3]
3rd marriage to Roger Chaumbre (Chamber) by 1385; they had two sons, according to the pedigree from the Plea Rolls.[5][6][3]
