Biography

Fred was born in 1917. [1]

As of 1939 he lived at Elm Tree Farm, Holderness, Yorkshire, where he worked as a horse man for George Biglin, a farmer.

He emigrated to New Zealand in 1950 as a labourer age 32 aboard the Atlantis. [2]

He passed away in 2002 and is buried at Belfast Cemetery.

Does not appear to be connected to another couple from Hertfordshire who moved to New Zealand: Frederick John Sygrove & Mabel Stace.
