Biography

Fanny Sykes was born in about 1817 in Bolton, Lancashire, England, ^[1] the daughter of James Sykes. ^[2]

She married Jon Seddon on 10 January 1842 in Manchester, Lancashire.^[2]

In 1861 Fanny was living in Bolton, Lancashire with her husband and 9 children. Her husband was a joiner. ^[1]

In 1871 Fanny was living in Bolton, Lancashire with her husband and 7 children. Her husband was a cotton machine joiner. ^[3]

Fanny died on 5 October 1871 aged 54 and was buried in Tonge Cemetery, Bolton. ^{[4] [5]}
