Albert was born in Massachusetts in 1872. In 1880, he was living with his parents and siblings in Hanover Town, Plymouth, Massachusetts.[1] The family was still in Hanover in 1900, but his father had passed away.[2]
He registered for the WWI draft in East Bridgewater City, Massachusetts.[3]
By 1920, Albert had married Ann Winifred Dinzey, a Canadian, and was raising a family in Norwell, Plymouth, Massachusetts.[4] He worked in manufacturing. He appeared to be fairly well off as he had a nurse maid and a servant in the home.
