Dolores Fabbri, 81, Altoona, formerly of Ashville, died Thursday at The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg. She was born in Gallitzin, daughter of the late Fred and Agnes (Webb) Sylvester. Surviving are three children: Randy (Beth) of Altoona, Renee (Bill) Thompson of Estes Park, Colo., and Timothy (Deb) of Ashville; four grandchildren: Kayla (Paul) Downey, Laura and Sara Thompson and Tim (Jennifer) Fabbri; and two great-granddaughters: Hailey and Harper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C., on Feb. 26, 2007; two sons: Thomas F. on Jan. 23, 2006, and Ralph A. on April 20, 1972; an infant daughter, Deborah Marie; a grandson, Lance Cpl. Ralph J. Fabbri, killed in action in Afghanistan on Sept. 28, 2010; a sister, Virginia Cronauer; and five brothers: John, Jim, Frank, Donald "Corky" and Fred. She was the last member of her immediate family. Dolores enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing and gardening. She was a member of St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin.[1]
