Biography

Walter was born on 27 June 1855 in Exeter, Devon. ^[1] He was baptised on Jun 28.^[2]

He married Emma Rebecca Scadding on September 13th 1890, ^[3] at Albemarle Chapel, Taunton. ^[4]
