Wedding in London, England, Marriages and Banns 1754 - 1921 was by Licence. Mary's father was James Symons, Builder, and Joseph's father Isaac Webb Moore was dead.
Emma had her daughter Emma before her marriage. I have no record of whether Emma is the daughter of Joseph but certainly he was acting as her father during his lifetime and in his will he calls her his eldest daughter.
She emigrated on the ship "John Scott" arrived in Auckland New Zealand in 1859 with husband, daughter Emma and an unnamed infant who does not appear in later records. She had 4 more children, Jane Brice Moore named after her husband's sister of the same name, Jane Brice Moore born in Onehunga Auckland on 12 June 1861 Son William Webb Moore NZBDM 1863/9496 Son Isaac Webb Moore b. NZBDM 1865/28150
Joseph and Mary travelled down the west coast of New Zealand after that area was opened up for settlement by coastal shipping, not located details. In 1868 Joseph appears on the Greymouth Electoral Roll.
Son Joseph Charles Moore was born in Greymouth and died at age 8 months.
From her death Certificate Registration Number 1874011890 We know Mary Emma died on 24 June 1874 of Pleuritis and acute bronchitis. Joseph now has 4 motherless children to care for.
