Garth was born in 1911.[1][2]. He is the son of James Taggart[2] & Maude Miller[2]. Garth married Belulah Long on 12 Mar 1937.[3]He passed away in 1970.[2]
First of all, the source of the information in my database is about 30 years old. In 1976 he and Beulah did live in Richmond, Wayne County. I have not done extensive research on him, but the only Garth Taggart I have found on the 1930 census was Garth E. Taggart, born about 1911 or early 1912, living in a South Bend boarding house.
Regarding the one living in Richmond in 1976 – insofar as I know he and Beulah had only one child, a daughter, Barbara, who married a Robert L. Brown. They lived in Cincinnati, when I made the contact in 1976. That’s a long time ago, and they are very distant relatives, so I have had no information since then. [4]
