Hi, Jane Ninian LUMSDEN (nee TAIT) was my father Robert Beaumont TAIT's 1st cousin. He called her Auntie Jean. She was baptised Jean Ninian TAIT in Lerwick, Shetland after her father's mother who was Jean NINIAN of Yell, Shetland. She came to NZ on the SOUKAR in 1874 aged 16 with her parents & 8 siblings.
