Biography

Very Rev. Charles Talbot was born on 26 October 1769. He was the son of Rev. Hon. George Talbot and Hon. Anne Bouverie. He married Lady Elizabeth Somerset, daughter of Henry Somerset, 5th Duke of Beaufort and Elizabeth Boscawen, on 27 June 1796. He died on 28 February 1823 at age 53. He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.) He held the office of Dean of Salisbury.
