Obituary

Mrs. A. M. Gustin died of diphtheria at her home in DeSoto Township last Thursday afternoon, and owing to the nature of the disease, interment was made the next day in the Blair Cemetery. Only a short service was held at the grave by Rev. G. B. Warren, of the Methodist Church.

Ida May Talbatt was born in Iowa, Dec. 27th, 1866, and was married to Mr. A. M. Gustin at Kearney, Neb., July 1890. They lived near Kearney until two years ago, when they moved onto the Jim Wilds farm in DeSoto Township.

Besides the husband, she leaves one daughter, Mrs. Lester Springer, of Florence, Neb., and two sons, Orin and Ellsworth, who live at home. Her mother, a brother and a sister live at Kearney. [5]
