Elizur was born in 1728. Elizur Talcott ... He passed away after 1753.
Elizur, (Ens. Samuel, Cornet Samuel, Capt. Samuel, Worshipful Mr. John), of Weth. and Enfield. Born 1728; m. 8-8-1751 in Enf. Mary King (no additional information on Mary); abt 1800 rem. to Huntington Mass. He was a Baptist, and in May, 1757, was one of the signers of a petit. to the Gen. Assemb. that they might be released from the burden of charges for the support of the constitutional ministry.
Elizur and Mary had 5 children. Joseph; b. 5-29-1752, m. 3-13-1777, Mary Thomas, d. 1826 age 73 Moses; b. 2-18-1755, m. 5-8-1781, Elizabeth Griswold, d.______ Aaron; b. 1-13-1757, was a Revolutionary prisoner in 1818. m.______ d._______ Elizur; b. 4-18-1759, m. 1-12-1790 Sarah Baxter. d. 1-4-1835. Had 12 children. Samuel; b.______, m._____ Jedediah Lord. Jedediah (Lord)Talcott remarried Abiel Hancock 3-27-1809. d_____, Samuel had 6 children.
