Elizabeth was born February 28, 1704, to parents Nathaniel Talcott and Elizabeth Robbins, in Glastonbury, Connecticut. [1]

Talcott-598 and Talcott-519 appear to represent the same person because: Clearly the same person and I'm sorry the last names are spelled differently or the 519 profile would have come up when generating the 598 profile. It seems the name Buell and Buel are interchangeable...
