When Rachel Cornelison Tallman was born on October 29, 1803, her father, Harmanus, was 26 and her mother, Emmeliene, was 28. She married Simon Van Antwerp on May 13, 1821. They had one child during their marriage. She died on November 18, 1842, in Nyack, New York, at the age of 39, and was buried there.
