Biography

Annie T (Aurelia) was born January 2, 1902, her parents were Pietro Tamburello and Vincenza Nicolosi [1][2]

Aurelia Tamburello immigrated in 1904.[3][4][5]

Aurelia Tamburello was enumerated as daughter of the head of household at 1323 Avenue L, Birmingham Ward 16, Jefferson County, Alabama for the May 19, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1902 in Italy and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Peter Tamburello, wife Vincenta Tamburello, daughter Mary Tamburello and daughter Santa Tamburello.[4]

Annie Aleria Tamburello wed John Giovanni Piazza April 27, 1919 in Ensley, Alabama. Her father was listed as Pietro Tamburello.[6]

Annie Piazzia was enumerated as wife of the head of household at 1012 16th Street, Ensley, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama for the January 9, United States Census, 1920. She was noted as born 1902 in Italy and married as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household is head John Piazzia.[5]

When her husband became naturalized on April 3, 1925, they were living at 1618 Avenue J, Ensley, Alabama.[7]

Annie Piazza was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Gardendale Road, Precinct 47, Jefferson County, Alabama for the April 4, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1902 in Italy and married. She was first married at the age of seventeen as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head John Piazza, son Vicent Piazza, daughter Ester Piazza and daughter Virginia Piazza.[8]

On April 1, 1935, Annie Pizza was living in Election Precinct 47, Jefferson County, Alabama.[9]

Annie Pizza was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Election Precinct 47, Jefferson County, Alabama for the April 20, United States Census, 1940. She was noted as born 1902 in Italy and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are head John Pizza, son Vincent Pizza, daughter Esther Pizza and son Peitro Pizza.[9]

On March 25, 1943, she was living at 2737 33rd Street North, Collegeville, Birmingham, Alabama, which was her day of naturalization.[7]

A new son-in-law, Vincent Zicarelli, was added to the family with the 1947 Alabama Marriage of daughter Virginia E. (Piazza) Zicarelli and seen in the image of the original.[10]

After the 1973 Alabama Death of husband John Piazza, [11] she lived her last 20 so years at 1105 56th Street South, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.[7]

Annie T Piazza is listed in the June 1, 1994 United States Social Security Death Index. She had received her Social Security number in Alabama. Her last place of residence is noted as Jefferson, Alabama.[2]
