By instrument dated December 6, 1826, Hubbard Taylor of Clarke County, Kentucky and William Taylor of Oldham County, Kentucky conveyed a tract of 140 acres along Pigeon Roost Fork of the Little Kentucky River in Henry County to Creed H. Tanner of the same county.[2]
Processioners' Deeds and Public Notice of October and November 1832 from Creed H. Tanner to Alfred Barnes. Equity court ordered land transfers.[3]
By instrument dated June 16, 1834, William and Susannah Taylor of Shelby County and Hubbard and Clarissa Taylor of Clarke County, Kentucky released all dower interest in the lands conveyed to Creed H. Tanner as described in the above deed of November 6, 1826.[4]
