Julia was born in 1848 to Sidney and Julia Ann (Shepard) Tanner.[1][2] She married Charles Ypsylanthe Tyler on 11 Jun 1865 in Beaver, Utah and they had a family. [3]By 1870, they were living in San Bernardino, California.[4] She passed away in 1931.[5]
