Biography
1870 Herbert was registered born in Croydon, Surrey the 5th son of Weldon Charles Tarleton who served in the East India Company regiment, and his wife Sarah Heron. [1].
He was baptized in 1871 at Mhow, Bengal. [2]
In 1908 and noted as of the Imperial Police in India and Burma he married Norah O'Neill, daughter of Major Edward O'Neill & his wife Mary Mackensie of Crathorne, Teignmouth at St. Michael's Church. [3]
In 1918 he died at Magwe, Burma and his will was probated 31 May. [4] & [5]
