1870: Lived in Westbrook, Sampson County, NC according to the Census: Head/Husband Wiley Calvin West, wife Pherebee, and children Ferney Brigham, Almand Cicero, Kitsey Rebecca, Mary Berry, Wiley Calvin, Persula, and George Andrew; and sister Rebecca Ann West. [3]

1880: Lived in Mingo, Sampson County, NC according to the Census: Head/Husband Wiley C. West, wife Phereby, and children Ferney B., Alman C., Kisey R., Wiley C., Mary B., Ersulir, George A., Thomas L., Willis J., Cornelius F., and Eden E.; and sister Rebecca A. West. [4]
