William Tarter married Eliza (Lambert) Tarter — married 19 Dec 1828 in Pulaski County., KY. This is Keziah' mother and she dies soon after Keziah's birth. William then married Elizabeth (Weddle) Tarter — married 19 Apr 1830 in Pulaski County, KY, this is Fountain's mother and the woman who appears on the 1830 Census. Fountain's mother must have died soon after his birth, because all the rest of the children are from William's 3rd wife Martha "Patsy" (Butt) Tarter
