This person started off as unknown Tate then went to Susannah Tate then to Susannah Mary Tate Kemp. What is going on?

Tate-706 and Tate-2054 appear to represent the same person because: Same dates and husband, the two records are viewed from birth family and descendants' family perspectives. Merger should happen.
