Biography
Carolyn Gail Tate was born about 1934. She was the daughter of Edward Cleveland Tate and Eula Lee Cheek. In the 1940 US Census, she is listed as their granddaughter, but in every other record, including her death record and obituary, she is listed as their child.
She married Bill Franklin Foote on 22 May 1953 in Jefferson County, Alabama. They divorced later that year in November. They had one son.
She passed away in an automobile accident on 30 September 1956. She is buried at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East, Trussville, Jefferson County, Alabama
