The 1851 census lists a 14-year-old son William and a 9-year-old son Edward in Edward and Ann's household. Their son William was in fact 9, and the identity of Edward is currently a mystery. There is no birth registration for another Molyneux-Tatlock son between 1837 and 1851 apart from William, and no baptism for another child of Edward and Ann has been found.
