Biography
Records indicate that he was from Canada... but where? The surname might have really been Tetrault or Tetreault, which are fairly common in Québec. There was indeed Albert J. Tetreault, living in Massachusetts, who might be the same person, or related. That seems likely to be original spelling of the name.
