Biography
Eliza Ann Tatum was born on July 16, 1818, in Wilson, Tennessee, when her father, Ira, was 28, and her mother, Patsy, was 23.
She married Edwin Cephas Wilburn on December 2, 1841, in her hometown. [1]
She died on February 23, 1872, at the age of 53.
