  • to my son Samuel Tailer... all that land or farms whereon he now dwelleth and all that piece or parcel of meadow that I bought of Samuel Sprague, two thirds to be possessed immediately and the other third after his mother's decease or second marriage...
  • to my son Timothy Tailer...all my two lots lying in Pembrook and... meadow I bought of John Kent
  • to my daughter all my moveable estate left after her mother's decease or second marriage; I give her a room in my now dwelling house during the time she remain unmarried
