Not the same John Taylor who married Rhoda (____) (who then went on to marry Walter Hoyt). Not the John Taylor who died in 1645 (since this John Taylor married Susanna Smith 14 Feb 1668 in Hartford, CT.[citation needed]
Born about 1605 England.
Possibly the son of John Taylor and Margaret Wellmote who were married 10 DEC 1570 at Abbey, St Albans, Hertfordshire, England.
