Biography
Walter Percy TAYLOR was born in 1886 in Wandiligong, Colony of Victoria[1]. His parents were Hartley TAYLOR and Martha MILLS.
Lillian BURFOOT and Walter Percy TAYLOR were married in 1918 in Victoria, Australia[2].
