Biography
Elizabeth (Polly) Taylor was born on 8 May 1800 in Russell, Virginia. She married Martin Brosten Smith on 8 Sep 1817 in Pike, Kentucky. Children: Isaac, Jonathan, James, George, Mary Polly, Nancy, Sarah, William, Davidson, Laura Meriam, Colbert C, Martin Jr. She died on 27 Dec 1847 in Russell, Virginia.
Note
Anxious to plug holes in my ancestral chart, I accepted another's published data as factual and incorrectly gave Polly a Mom and Dad. [Guffy-870] and [Taylor-3604] appeared to fit but, on further examination, did not.
