William Carlton 'Bill' Taylor was born October 22, 1925 and is the son of Floyd Taylor and Dessie Nieman. Bill grew up in South Union, Pennsylvania[1] and Unity Township, Pennsylvania[2] along with sibling, Mabel A Taylor.
Bill married Geraldine 'Gerri' Girard and they made their home in Vacaville, California.[3] Together they raised two adopted children; Thomas Michael Taylor and Diane Lynn Taylor. He worked as a locksmith in the local prison. Bill died September 4, 2019 and is buried in Vacaville Veteran Cemetery, Vacaville, California.[4]

Nieman Clan History compiled by Helen Marie (Newcomer) Maust. Aunt Helen attended most all the Nieman Family Reunions and the Frankhouser Family Reunions. She gathered information from family members who attended the Reunions over the years sharing information about family lore and updated information about each branch.
