The House met at 12 o'clock, pursuant to the order of Saturday, for the purpose of attending the funeral of the Hon. William Taylor, deceased, one of the Representatives from the State of Virginia, who died at his lodging, at the seat of Government, on Friday night. After prayer by the Rev.
