Biography

William was born on 1 Mar 1868 in Kampee, Bengal, India, the son of John Charles Taylor and Louisa Burton. ^[1]

He graduated from Oxford in 1884. ^[2]

William married Violet Margaret Sophia Hervey (1874 - 1955) on 30 Apr 1892 in Dera Ghazi Khan, Bengal. ^{[3] [4]}

In 1911 he was living in Nanaimo, British Columbia with his wife and daughter. ^{[5] [6]}

William died on 19 Jan 1962 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada aged ~91. ^[7]
