Biography
Stacy was born in 1757 to Timothy Taylor and Letitia Kirkbride in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. His parents were Quakers and he was born into the faith. [1]
He married three times. His first wife was Euphemia Hoff. His second wife was Frances "Fanny" Hoff who he married on January 1, 1785 in New Jersey. [2] His third was Ruth Beans, who he married in 1802 in Louden County, Virginia. [3] Stacy passed away in 1836.
