DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:
I've cross referenced everything and William Willis Taylor is a son of Richard Lawrence Taylor and Susanna Hosford. Full blood Native American, along with his wife Eliza Jackson being of full blood cherokee/creek decent.
But: A child's birth and death date (Taylor-41481 born 20 Aug 1825 died 12 Sep 1909) should not be before a parent was 13 years old (mother Hosford-194 born 1816) .
