William Taylor is a part of US Black heritage.

W. C. Taylor was born in 1858.

Wm. C. Taylor married Alice Ann Woodford May 15, 1899, in Clark County, Kentucky, United States.[1] In 1900 they lived with her father in Winchester city Ward 2, Clark, Kentucky, United States.[2]

By 1920 they lived in Manassas, Prince William, Virginia, United States, where they first were truck farmers.[3] By 1920 William worked as a teacher at public school.[4][5]
